General Information
Check-In
Please check-in 45 minutes early if you plan on utilizing our steam shower or sauna before your services. Please check-in 15 minutes prior to general scheduled services. As a courtesy to the next scheduled guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of when your service begins.
Cancellations
General appointments require a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Group or Spa Party appointments will require a 3-day notice to change or delete services. Cancellations without appropriate notice will be charged full service price. First time clients, and clients with frequent no shows, may be required to provide a credit card to book future appointments.
Spa Party Reservations
In order to enjoy the widest selection of treatments and appointment times, we highly recommend that you make reservations 3-4 weeks prior to Group Spa Parties. Your major credit card reserves your appointment.
Gift Certificates
Available for any service or amount, as well as for all of our Spa Packages and Spa Parties. Special requests are always welcome for any occasion.

Directions from I-25:
Exit the I-25 Berthoud Exit (250) to Hwy 56 West. Follow Hwy 56 for 4 miles. Brookside Gardens is located on the South Side (Left) of Hwy 56 – just past L&M Garden Center.
Directions from Hwy 287:
Exit the Hwy 287 Berthoud Exit to Hwy 56 East. Follow Hwy 56 East for 2.2 miles. Be sure to continue Straight on Hwy 56 - do not head north on Business 287 (1st Street). Brookside Gardens is located on the South Side (Right) of Hwy 56.
